PLEASE BE NOTED that if your present version is lower than 1.3.0, please download the entire installation package on the website directly, we had a break changes between 1.2.x and 1.3.0
If you're using 1.3.1 currently, maybe you also need to download the entire installation package to upgrade due to some logic issues
